Meditempus was founded in 1995 in Barcelona by three partners with extensive experience in personnel selection, training and recruitment. We are a temporary employment agency with a clear objective: to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
The first branch was established in Esplugues de Llobregat in 1996.
In 2001 Próxima was created to offer you outsourcing and HR consulting services.
Since the birth of Meditempus, we have been developing our network of agencies: The first Madrid agency opened in 2011.
In 2023, we created Compas, our company specializing in the selection of qualified profiles. We also opened our first office in Zaragoza.
In 2024, we became international through our union with the French group Mistertemp', which also has a presence in Italy and Canada.
Today Meditempus has 15 agencies and continues to grow, with the ambition to develop our model throughout Spain.
