At Meditempus, we support our franchisees throughout the entire process, from initial advice on business viability and site selection to ongoing support in operational and commercial management.

1. No commitment required, let's build your project

Our team will accompany you from the initial phase: market research, business plan, incorporation procedures, documentation, etc. At this stage, we discuss a lot and you are free to commit or not.

2. A complete 2-week training course

To acquire the knowledge and best practices that will guarantee your success, you will follow a two-week training course when you open your agency. This two-week training, delivered by internal experts, also familiarizes you with the Group's culture, based on innovation, friendliness and performance.

3. Supported daily

You are now in charge of your temporary employment agency. Throughout the entire process, you will have support from the support team to help you with: marketing, sales and communication, legal and financial, tools and IT, etc.
